After receiving the link to the application form, fill it out with your personal information, educational background, and professional experience. Additionally, you must also include the following in your application: A. Encode your Re-Entry Action Plan (REAP) A REAP outlines how you intend to use the competencies you will acquire in Australia to contribute to Philippine development. The online application form includes a section on REAP. Make sure you complete this section. B. Upload the required documents Upload these documents as PDF files in the application form with the tab, "Upload Documents.”. Failure to do so will render your application ineligible. Affidavit of citizenship and residency A notarized affidavit, executed within the current year, and indicating that you are a Filipino citizen and that you have been residing in the Philippines for at least 12 months upon application. You must download the prescribed template of the affidavit from the Australia Awards Philippines website. Kindly note that barangay clearance, birth certificate, passport, or any other document are not acceptable. Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) or Grade Point Average (GPA) Secured from the academic institution where you earned your highest completed degree, the certificate must indicate the details of your course including your General Weighted Average or Grade Point Average. The templates / sample for these two applications can be accessed through the Resources page in the website. Ensure you complete your application by uploading the two required documents.
