One of my most memorable experiences in Australia was meeting and interacting with international students from countries like Papua New Guinea, Thailand, India, Japan, and more. These connections enriched my understanding of different cultures and perspectives, especially in healthcare. Collaborating with such a diverse group not only broadened my global outlook but also made my time at Bond University truly rewarding, both academically and personally.

As a Filipino scholar, I am most proud to represent the Philippines at Bond University, showcasing the resilience, determination, and positive characteristics of Filipinos that enable us to succeed in an academic environment abroad. This opportunity allowed me to share our rich culture, values, and commitment to excellence, fostering a greater understanding of the Filipino spirit among my peers. Empowered by my Australian education, I plan to implement my Re-Entry Action Plan by establishing an electronic record system management for the Philippine Coast Guard Medical Service. This initiative will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of patient data management, streamline healthcare delivery, and improve overall service quality. By leveraging technology, I aim to promote better communication among healthcare providers and ensure that Coast Guard personnel receive timely and effective medical care. Additionally, I will engage in training and capacity-building efforts to ensure that staff are equipped to utilise this system effectively, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare outcomes within the organisation.
